These terms cover your use of ShopKitty Picks on the web, iOS, and Android. By using the app, you agree to them.

Using ShopKitty Picks

ShopKitty Picks lets you share products and collect votes and feedback from people you send a link to. You may use it for your own personal shopping decisions. Please use it respectfully and don't misuse it — for example, don't share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, spam people, or try to break or overload the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the links, photos, and notes you add. You're responsible for the content you share and for having the right to share it. By adding content, you give us permission to host and display it so the app can show your requests and results to the friends you share links with.

Subscription and pricing

ShopKitty Picks is free to try for 2 weeks. After the trial, continued use costs $4.99/month unless stated otherwise. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple or Google account, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in your account settings; cancellation stops future charges.

Availability

We work to keep ShopKitty Picks running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

ShopKitty Picks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Votes and feedback are opinions from the people you invite — your purchasing decisions are your own, and we're not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ShopKitty Picks and its makers won't be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using ShopKitty Picks at any time and delete your requests. We may suspend or end access if these terms are misused.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and post the new version here.
